We want to partner with you for the spiritual growth of your child. Our programs offer secure check-in and check-out procedures as well as trained and screened volunteers who are devoted to ensuring that your child has an enjoyable and safe experience in our classes.

What to Expect

  • Our Nursery and Toddler Room workers are all trained volunteers. They volunteer because of a desire to care for the young children of our church. If your child is not ready for the nursery or if they are fussy, we have a mother’s room in the rear of the auditorium, across from the Nursery check-in counter. It is equipped with one-way windows for privacy, and a volume-controlled sound system.

  • We believe in an active, hands-on approach to learning with preschool children. So, you can plan on a lot of jumping, singing, dancing, and laughter in every experience. Be on the lookout for fun crafts and big games.

    We look forward to helping your preschoolers learn more about God and it is our hope that your children will know:

    God MADE me.

    God LOVES me.

    Jesus wants to be my FRIEND forever.

  • In SCFKids, we believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be really loud, and good leaders always care. Before kids head off to middle school, we want to make sure these three things stick:

    I need to make the wise choice.

    I can trust God no matter what.

    I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

  • Family Experience happens on the first Sunday of the month (September – May) and is offered at 10:00 am. Kids bring their parents to learn about life apps like commitment, honesty, and generosity – things that God wants us to use in our lives to change the world around us.

    Family Experience happens on the first Sunday of the month (September – May) and is offered at 10:00 am. Kids bring their parents to learn about life apps like commitment, honesty, generosity – things that God wants us to use in our lives to change the world around us.

  • Kids Baptism

    We want to help kids discover who Jesus is, and how they can develop a relationship with Him and be baptized. We believe it is essential for kids to decide when they are ready to take the next step in their faith. For information on baptism for kids 3rd - 8th grade, contact sallyc@scf.net

  • Sunday Online

    Sometimes you can’t make it to church or maybe you want to watch what your kids have been learning. Online lessons are posted for each weekend down below or on our SCFKids Facebook Parents Page! You will find full programming for Early Childhood (Nursery/Preschool) and Elementary-aged children.

  • Child Dedication
